Yellow-billed Magpie - Wood Panel Print
A yellow-billed magpie (a bird which lives only in California) perches on a bit of map of the Sacramento valley. Titled "Fields of Gold." From an original watercolor, gouache, collage and ink painting.
NOTE: The panel pictured here is 6x8 inches. The third picture shows the size and cropping variation.
-Wood panel prints consist of a heavyweight cotton print mounted onto a cradled birch panel. The sides of each panel are hand-stained with black screen-printing ink, and each finished panel is coated with 3 layers of varnish, 2 of which are a UV protective coating.
-Each wood panel is 1 5/8" deep. Panels 8x10 inches and smaller have a sawtooth hanger and are also suitable for sitting on a shelf or table. Panels 9x12 and larger are wired in the back for hanging.
-Prints are produced by the artist in her studio, and the wood panels are made in the USA.
**Please note that each wood panel print is made by hand and there may be subtle variations; however, great care is taken to make sure each one is of the highest quality.
